Real Estate Investment Analyst (REIA) is a national certification training on real estate valuation and analysis. REIA Residential certification taught me how to measure the real value of a primary residence as an investment, as well as how to evaluate small investment properties from a rate of return perspective. These investment analysis skills can be applied to single family, condo's, office, multi family, retail, industrial and land.
Real Estate Investment Analysis training is all about knowing if the deal makes sense or not. That single family rental, the duplex, the apartment building, the shopping center. Not just saying it does, knowing if it does.
